Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days after the order is created.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Products must be purchased through Rock Your Day official channels (website, official store, or authorized sales platforms).
  • Sale, promotional, and markdown items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Products purchased using vouchers or store credits may be returned, but the used credits will not be reinstated.
  • Products can only be exchanged once (one-time exchange only).

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request even if the above conditions appear to be met.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges can be made for:
    - The same product,
    - A product of equal value, or
    - A product of higher or lower value.
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

Quality Claims & Evidence

  • We do not accept claims without clear evidence.
  • Please record a clear unboxing video and take photos of the product before use to support any return or exchange request.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your order number and email address through our return/exchange channel.
  2. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and specify the issue.
  3. Choose your preferred solution: return (store credit) or exchange.
  4. Select a shipping method to send the item back to our warehouse.
  5. You will receive a return summary for your request.
  6. Once the item arrives, our team will inspect and confirm eligibility.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on the Rock Your Day website.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be used for other products.

International Orders

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our end (defective, missing, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping and customs fees.
  • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (size, color, or style), the customer is responsible for shipping and customs fees.
  • We recommend taking detailed photos of the product with tags attached to ensure a smooth process.
